One of the seven natural wonders of the world, the Grand Canyon exposes billions of years of our earth’s history within its steep walls and gorges. More than a mile deep, encounter its exceptional beauty from within as you enjoy the thrill of the river that created one of our country’s most treasured landmarks millions of years ago.
After a night’s stay at Bar 10 Ranch on the North Rim — an area less than 10 percent of visitors get a chance to experience — see one of your first glimpses of the canyon from above as a helicopter takes you down into the canyon where your rafts and guides await.
The next three days will be filled with breathtaking views from a unique perspective as you journey down 100 miles of the Colorado River. Run rapids that are exciting yet easily manageable, including the famous “230’s.” Spend time at the Travertine Grotto, hiking and exploring its hidden waterfalls and pools before continuing on your way.
After hearty and delicious dinners that prepare you for the next day of adventure, sleep under a vast canopy of stars on a comfortable cot complete with a freshly-laundered sleeping bag and sheets. As the wildlife awakens, so will you, along with the smell of breakfast wafting throughout camp.
Follow the flow all the way to the canyon’s end, finishing your trek at Lake Mead. A wonder in its own right, conclude your trip with spectacular views of the Hoover Dam as you traverse the Mike O'Callaghan–Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge on the short ride to your private aircraft waiting to take you home.
